Handkrafted is a community marketplace connecting people with passionate makers to commission quality bespoke goods. We have brought together one of Australia’s largest and most vibrant communities of independent, bespoke craftspeople and artisans who specialise in producing high quality, sustainably made pieces.

Our makers specialise in custom orders – they can help you realise your own idea or collaborate with you on a new design. Many of our makers also feature a range of their own designs that can be made to order or customised to suit your specific requirements. Gift Certificate Terms. Updated 31 August 2015

  • Gift certificates may be used to purchase goods and services via Handkrafted at www.handkrafted.com
  • If the purchase amount is greater than the value remaining on the certificate, you will be able to pay the difference with alternative methods. Unused amounts cannot be refunded, but can be used for a separate transaction within the expiry period.
  • Gift certificates are not for resale, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
  • Gift certificates will expire 12 months after issue if not redeemed, and cannot be renewed or extended. Unused value will not be refunded.
  • Keep your gift certificate secure. Anyone holding the gift certificate can use its value to make purchases through Handkrafted. If your gift certificate is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, report this immediately to us at gifts@handkrafted.com
  • We are not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the gift certificate. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with the gift certificate must be resolved with the seller. Except for rights that cannot be excluded, any conditions or warranties implied or imposed by legislation or otherwise are excluded from these conditions of use.
  • To redeem your gift certificate, simply connect with a maker via the Handkrafted platform at www.handkrafted.com and email us at gifts@handkrafted.com with your gift certificate details. We will reimburse the maker for the specified amount, minus any transaction fees agreed upon with the maker.
